Roles & Responsibility
- Manage and maintain product listings on WordPress Based E-commerce platforms other relevant marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Optimize e-commerce operations for better performance, including SEO for product listings.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and tools to enhance the company’s online presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 0.5 – 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces. (Good To Have)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts related to e-commerce is a plus.
