Roles & Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain product listings on WordPress Based E-commerce platforms other relevant marketplaces.
  • Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Optimize e-commerce operations for better performance, including SEO for product listings.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and tools to enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0.5 – 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces. (Good To Have)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts related to e-commerce is a plus.
